Two ways to have IT covered

Monthly plan

Managed IT

Your IT department on a flat monthly plan: help when people need it, and the systems behind them kept secure and up to date.

  • Help desk for your team by email, chat, and phone
  • New hire setup and offboarding, same day
  • Laptop and phone management with remote patching
  • Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration
  • Security baseline: MFA, endpoint protection, backups
Everything included →

Monthly retainer

Fractional IT leadership

Senior IT judgment a few days a month: roadmap, budget, security posture, and the vendor decisions that are expensive to get wrong.

  • IT roadmap and annual budget
  • Software and vendor selection, contract and renewal review
  • Security program and audit readiness
  • Customer security questionnaire responses
  • IT policies: acceptable use, access, onboarding

Fixed-scope work, for plan clients or on its own

Who I work with

Built for teams like yours

  • Software and SaaS

Fast-moving teams on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Slack, and dozens of SaaS apps that all need single sign-on.

  • Companies growing by acquisition

Buyers who need each new team working on day one and fully consolidated within a quarter.

  • Healthcare

Nearly five years supporting healthcare organizations, where uptime and access control are not optional.

  • Distributed and global teams

People across North America, South America, and India, supported remotely with the same standards everywhere.

  • Multi-office companies

Build-outs, closures, server rooms, conference rooms, and door access across many sites.

  • Small teams without IT

Companies of 10 to 250 people that need a real IT department without hiring one.

Getting started

From first call to fully covered in about a month

  1. Week 1

    Assessment

Inventory your accounts, devices, apps, and vendors. You get a written report of what is working, what is risky, and what it costs.

  2. Weeks 2–3

    Onboarding

Install management on every device, take over admin access, and document everything. Your team gets one place to ask for help.

  3. Month 1

    Security baseline

MFA on every account, endpoint protection on every device, backups verified, and departed users removed.

  4. Ongoing

    Run and improve

Daily support, monthly reporting, and a quarterly review to plan budget, renewals, and the next project.

Who you'd work with

Cam Klein

I have spent nine years in IT. I started in healthcare IT consulting, then moved into IT at a software company where I worked up from support specialist to running IT operations. When that company was acquired, I became the IT lead for acquisitions at the buyer, a company of about 1,600 people across 18 countries.

In the past year I have integrated six acquired companies: merging Google Workspace tenants, re-enrolling laptop fleets, moving phone systems, and replacing identity providers, while the people affected kept working. Along the way I built the tools that made it repeatable, from a Drive migration script to a compliance report that ties every laptop to an owner.
